Broccoli Salad Recipe
How about a colorful, delicious broccoli salad to celebrate the return of summer? Here’s how you make it perfect for you and your guests:
- Steam broccoli florets, then cool down in cold water
- Add shredded carrots, assorted peppers (red, yellow, green, orange bell peppers)
- Add cherry tomatoes (red and yellow)
- Rosemary
- Finish it off with red wine vinaigrette dressing, olive oil, salt and pepper to taste, and toss
And voila! You’ve got a fine summer dish that’s good for your heart and pretty for your table.
